Waushara County is hiring a Limited Term Employment (LTE) Environmental Health Specialist. This position supports the Tri-County Environmental Health Program in Waushara, Green Lake, and Marquette Counties.  Enforces public health laws and regulations and performs inspections, consultations and investigations associated with environmental health programs conducted by the Department.  This position applies environmental control measures to protect human health and safety. Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Health, the physical or biological sciences or a related field. Wage is $22.20/hr., no benefits. THERAPIST/DUAL DIAGNOSIS THERAPIST

Marquette County Department of Human Services has an opening for a full time Therapist or Dual Diagnosis Therapist in our clinical services unit to provide mental health and/or substance abuse treatment services. Duties include intake, assessment, individual and group counseling, case management, outreach, education and prevention services.

This position requires a master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or a relevant field, licensure as a Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist or Independent Clinical Social Worker (or equivalent) in Wisconsin with 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Wisconsin certification as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) required for dual diagnosis position. Applicants must be certified/eligible for certification as a medical assistance provider in Wisconsin. Applicants must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and access to insured transportation. Applicants must pass background checks.

Salary range $26.87-30.03/hour dependent upon qualifications. Competitive benefit package available. SUMMER LTE LABORER - MARQUETTE COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPT.

Marquette County has up to 3 vacancies for a Highway General Laborer (Summer-LTE) with the Marquette County Highway Department. Under the general direction of the Highway Commissioner and/or Patrol Superintendents, it is the responsibility of the Highway General Laborer (Summer-LTE) to aid in the maintenance of State and County Trunk Highways, ditches, and right-of-way, so as to aid in the safe flow of traffic throughout Marquette County. This position will also be available to other county departments as needed to assist in completing their duties. Applicants start at a minimum pay rate of $13.00/hour dependent on qualifications, ability to earn up to $1.00 an hour worked compensation at the end of the summer, possession of a valid CDL qualifies applicant for additional pay.

A valid WI driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum one year of agricultural, road maintenance, or comparable experience preferred.
