EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
CITY OF APPLETON
This position will lead local efforts to assess, develop, coordinate, and implement emergency plans, systems, and activities to increase readiness to respond to hazards, including bioterrorism and other public health emergencies. Specifically, the individual will perform work for the City of Appleton and other regulatory agencies. A Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Health, Epidemiology, Chemistry, or related field is required. In addition, this position requires at least three years-experience in a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field, along with the Wisconsin CEM certification is preferred. The hiring salary range for this positon is $53,414 to $66,768. We offer a competitive fringe benefits package. Regular attendance is required.

Marquette County EMS is looking for professional and self-motivated EMT- Basic or Higher for full-time employment. Marquette County EMS is continuing the process of transitioning from volunteer to a full-time service. Marquette County EMS responds to over 1600 emergency calls a year out of three stations providing ALS service to the county and two townships in Adams County. The full-time position will work a 48-hour work week.  Successful applicants will undergo an interview process.

Qualifications: Current AHA CPR and ACLS if required for license level. Valid WI driver’s license. Current State of WI EMT-B or higher license with minimum of two years’ experience.
